Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Pilates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate clients of all levels.

Duties

Lead engaging and safe Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and individual needs
Develop customized workout plans and modifications for clients with specific goals or limitations
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure proper technique and safety during exercises
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client participation and confidence
Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to help achieve their fitness objectives
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes
Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques, trends, and best practices through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or similar teaching role
Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization (preferably Stott Pilates)
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong teaching ability with a focus on clarity, patience, and motivation
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Effective time management skills to organize classes and client schedules efficiently
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a positive class environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
