Job Summary

Join the Brant County Ford Team!

We are a family owned and operated dealership and we have been operating in the Brantford community for over 50 years.

We're looking for motivated individuals to detail our internal and customer vehicles. The perfect candidate will have the assets below;

Attention to detail
Valid driver's license required
Team player with a great attitude
Ability to stay motivated while working alone and at a good pace

Experience with detailing and polishing vehicles is a great asset

This job is paid flat rate - Avg. Hourly Effective Rate is $25-$27/ hour

The potential for earning is up to you. Motivated hard workers could earn much higher than advertised rate.
We are seeking the perfect candidate to grow this position and there is always an opportunity to move into other positions within the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties

Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by washing equipment.
Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body.
Protects and preserves automobile exterior by buffing, polishing and applying waxes.
Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)
Shop is to be kept clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers.
Some installation of accessories and trim with training
Polish and de-nib the paint finish after collision repair
Day shift Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
