What You’ll Do

Provide customer support for client products and services
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
Troubleshoot basic technical issues
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused service
Accurately document customer information and interactions
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals

Experience Required for Your Success

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma required
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center, retail, chat, or in-person)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to type at least 35 WPM
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and multiple systems
Reliable hardwired home internet connection required
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong attendance and work ethic

Schedule

Operating hours: Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Morning, afternoon, and night shifts available
Weekend availability required for at least one day
