Reporting to our Office Manager, this position will support our Accounting and Shipping group. You will improve mill processes as a valued member of the administrative group.
You'll do:
- Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support
- Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure vendor payments are completed accurately and timely
- Back up Shipping Coordinator
- Back up Woods Clerk
- Assist the team with reports
- Other duties as required
You have:
- Two to four years of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy
- Understanding of Accounts Payable processes
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Customer service focused
- Quick learner and adaptable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to work between the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Considered an asset:
- A Post-Secondary Diploma in Office Administration
