Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant/Housekeeping professional, where your energy and attention to detail will create welcoming, spotless environments for our guests. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience that keeps guests returning. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help uphold our reputation for outstanding service and hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, following established standards.
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness of public spaces like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold a pristine environment.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety.
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene.

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
