Join our High-Performing Hyundai Team!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a motivated Warranty Administrator & Parts Associate to join our busy Hyundai dealership.

This is a unique hybrid position that combines warranty administration with hands-on support in our parts department. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with a great team, and helping keep a fast-paced dealership running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll work closely with our Service and Parts departments to ensure accurate warranty processing, efficient parts operations, and an exceptional experience for both our customers and internal team.

Your Responsibilities

Warranty Administration

Process and submit Hyundai warranty claims accurately and on time.
Review repair orders to ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
Monitor claim payments, resolve discrepancies, and manage warranty receivables.
Maintain organized warranty records and assist with manufacturer audits.
Stay current on Hyundai warranty policies, bulletins, and program updates.
Work collaboratively with advisors, technicians, and management to resolve warranty questions.

Parts Department

Support technicians and customers by identifying and supplying the right parts.
Order, receive, stock, and organize inventory efficiently.
Process returns, core credits, and warranty parts according to manufacturer guidelines.
Assist with inventory counts and maintain an accurate parts inventory.
Help deliver a smooth workflow between the Parts and Service departments.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Automotive dealership experience in warranty administration, parts, or service operations.
Hyundai dealership experience (an asset, but we're willing to train the right candidate).
Experience with dealership management software such as CDK, PBS, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and confidence working with multiple systems.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
