```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef or Line Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties:```
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager
- Clean and maintain workstations and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assist with food service tasks as needed, such as plating dishes or garnishing plates

- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques
