Position Overview:
To support servers through clearing, serving, anticipating guest needs. To maintain high standards of hospitality, presentation and cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Clear dishes; serve food and water timely.
· Relay orders, dietary requests to servers
· Assist servers on busy days with table resets, prep, teardowns.
· Assist in general duties during high volume periods with reservations.
· Attend to guest requests with care and urgency.
· Keep the restaurant area tidy, stocked and organized.
· Comply with appearance standards per employee handbook.
· Adhere to safety regulations and Service Excellence principles.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements/Experience:
· Restaurant customer service experience preferred.
· Responsible with ability to multi-task effectively
· Guest focused with polished communication skills.
· Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
· Physical ability for prolonged standing, lifting up to 30 lbs.
· Open availability – able to work variable shifts.
