Full job description

We're currently seeking an Automotive Detailer for our Bridge Street location in Victoria, BC. We offer a competitive wage range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. This job is a great opportunity if you wish to continue a career within the Collision industry by moving into an apprenticeship as Auto Body or Refinishing Technician, or a Parts/Production position in the office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Automotive Detailer will be responsible for:

Cleaning customer and replacement vehicles inside and out throughout the day
Performing minor paint defect removal as required
Completing quality checklist review
Doing facility maintenance
Emptying garbage containers
Sweeping around shop work bays
Performing minor maintenance as required (change filters, light bulbs etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role the Automotive Detailer will:

Be comfortable in a team-oriented environment
Have a strong work ethic, integrity and ambition to succeed
Be highly organized and detail oriented
Be able to prioritize and manage deadlines
Must have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract over the last 3 years
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions.
