Position Opening: Contents Technician
Contents Technicians play a crucial role in our operations, assisting in the cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by water, fire, smoke, mold, and other hazards.
Responsibilities include exceptional customer service, content cleaning, listing and packing contents, site cleanup, site protection, and maintaining job records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the field technicians, Operations, and Project Management team for day-to-day scheduling
- List and document all of the contents in our customers’ homes.
- Install site, floor, and contents protection with plastic poly, dust chambers, and others mean in protection of their contents.
- Thoroughly clean smoke residue from contents and structures.
- Pack contents with protection and care.
- Provide post-construction cleaning to prepare properties for occupancy.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning structures/contents and handling customer possessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at job sites.
- Complete daily paperwork accurately.
The Ideal candidate has:
- Cleaning/janitorial experience
- Construction/property restoration/contents handling experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Capacity to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to handle clients under challenging circumstances.
- Clean criminal record check.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Wage $20-$28/hour
Extended Benefits and 100% RRSP Matching
