We offer our Housekeeper/Cleaners:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Occasional weekend cleans on a volunteer basis
Full-time and part time positions available

On-the-job paid training.
Rate of pay $17.00/hour while in training, and up to $25.00/hour based on performance, speed and reliability
Clear 30/60/90-day development path
Opportunities to advance into Team Lead roles

What You’ll Be Doing:

Work in teams of 2 or 3 (no solo cleaning)
Clean residential homes using a proven system
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates
Maintain quality while learning to improve speed over time
Follow company standards and procedures

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

Are dependable and punctual
Work well in a team environment
Can communicate clearly in English
Are physically capable of an active job (lifting, bending, stairs)
Prefer structure, routine, and clear expectations
Are looking for long-term employment with growth opportunities
Have a valid class 5 Alberta driver's license with at least 1 year of experience (If you do not have a valid class 5 license you will not be considered for an interview)
Must be local to Edmonton, preferably North East Edmonton or Downtown

Experience (Assets, Not Required)

Residential cleaning
Home care, hospitality, or housekeeping
Route supervision or team leadership
