Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee the financial record-keeping processes, manage daily office operations, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting data. Your proactive approach will help streamline workflows, support budgeting efforts, and maintain smooth administrative functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization while developing your skills in accounting software and office management.

Duties

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using accounting software Sage Business Vision to ensure precise financial records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.
Perform regular account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify transaction accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.
Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health, prepare reports, and support budgeting activities.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments while complying with relevant regulations.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions, receipts, invoices, and other essential documents.
Support office operations by managing supplies, coordinating schedules, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience with accounting software Sage Business Vision is a plus
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to perform account analysis and assist with budgeting processes confidently.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors.
Prior experience in office management or administrative support is a plus.
