Full job description

Our client is a well-established leader in the outdoor and automotive products space, with over 30 years designing and distributing innovative vehicle camping gear. Known for an entrepreneurial, tight-knit culture, they've built a strong reputation across both retail and automotive dealer channels and continue to expand into new markets. They are searching for a customer facing Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

What Our Client Has to Offer:

Ownership of the full order lifecycle in a role that's genuinely central to the business
A detail-driven, systems-focused environment with real variety across fulfillment, customer care, and inventory
A tight-knit, in-office team culture
A stable, full-time role in the $55,000–$65,000 range

Responsibilities:

Process and manage outbound orders within NetSuite, ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment
Create and maintain shipping documentation - labels, packing slips, bills of lading, tracking updates
Monitor order status across systems, catching and resolving discrepancies proactively
Handle return requests, credits, and refunds while tracking trends
Act as the key liaison between the company, 3PL warehouses, logistics providers, and carriers
Support warehouse labeling and operations as needed
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Provide product guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear customer communication
Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records
Help build out internal knowledge base and FAQ resources based on recurring inquiries
Analyze inventory trends, risks, and opportunities across locations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate transfers between locations
Prepare warehouse transfers and customs documentation
Complete weekly inventory reporting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
Coordinate inbound container shipments with freight forwarders
Maintain an organized warehouse with strong FIFO practices

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and systems work
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
