Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring an engaging shopping experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about vaping products, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to educate customers on our offerings. Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment
Assist customers in selecting vaping products, accessories, and e-liquids based on their preferences and needs
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and usage
Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments
Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight new arrivals and promotions
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
Provide knowledgeable advice on product usage, safety, and maintenance
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
Follow all store policies regarding age verification and legal compliance

Skills
