Seeking Administrative Clerk - Receptionist to manage front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

Follow up Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Knowledge of Sage50 / Simply Accounting
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organization skills and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Team player
Takes initiative and follows up on outstanding tasks
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$23.50 per hour
