Job Description:
BlueKey Realty Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their work, tech-savvy, and well-versed in social media and marketing. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

While we maintain a relaxed and friendly work environment, BlueKey Realty Inc. is also high-paced and requires someone ready to take on a variety of tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Track, record, and organize all incoming documentation and files from agents (including listings and sales documents).
- Maintain and update all social media platforms, regularly creating and posting content across multiple pages.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the public and other brokerages.
- Assist in organizing and planning workplace events.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry into accounting and data tracking software.
- Track and input invoices from outside vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Regularly update office policies and procedures, and develop training manuals for administrative staff and agents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the brokerage.

Compensation and Benefits:
$37,000.00 per year

Additional Pay:
- Bonus pay
