Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at assigned facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a focus on quality and efficiency. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools, supplies, and techniques.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent standards of practice.

Experience

Custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning is preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks effectively
Five years minimum cleaning experience.

Federal Security Clearance and a valid drivers license shall be considered an asset.

This role is vital in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment for clients and staff alike. We value reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in all our team members.

Pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
