Our Receptionists are the driving force behind our front-line operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are welcomed, assisted, and directed in a professional and courteous manner. Alongside creating a positive first impression, your strong clerical and data entry skills will support the daily administrative functions of the dealership, providing a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Greeting and assisting clients, ensuring they are directed appropriately
- Posting daily cash and preparing bank deposits
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- General clerical support, including filing and document preparation
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
What You Bring to the Team:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
