Position Summary
Operating out of our London hub, the Route Service Representative is the daily face of our company. You will be fully responsible for the dependable restocking, meticulous cleaning, and daily presentation of our automated markets, coffee machines, vending assets and smart coolers at premium client accounts across Southwestern Ontario.
This is an autonomous, physical role that requires strong time management, attention to detail, and an absolute commitment to food safety protocols. Please note: Routes, daily stop counts, geographic territories, and weekly schedules are subject to change based on commercial growth and customer demand.

- Inventory & Data Discipline: Conduct precise real-time inventory counts and audits using our handheld systems. Track and report spoils/refunds accurately so we can fix root-cause errors immediately.
- Asset Care & Cleanliness: Deep-clean machines and market spaces (inside and out). Inspect equipment on every visit, and report mechanical or technical issues immediately to ensure rapid resolution.
- Client Relations: Maintain a professional, warm, and helpful attitude with customers and client associates on-site.
Typical Weekly Operational Footprint
Our operational schedule adapts dynamically to service our accounts effectively, but a standard 35-40-hour work week requires open availability from Monday through Saturday with Wednesdays and Sundays off and features a mix of the following profiles:
- Regional Footprint (e.g., Sarnia / Stratford Focus): Structured days focused on safe regional driving and efficient, high-volume replenishment across our regional hubs.
- Dedicated Enterprise Service Days (e.g., Amazon or other larger corporate sites): Highly focused days dedicated to deep-cleaning, systematic stock fulfillment, and location readiness at one location.
- Independent Weekend Execution: Autonomous Saturday operations executing critical weekend market readiness and localized stock fulfillment.
