Reinhart produces private label for Canada's leading retailers as well as marketing and producing its own brands Allen's, Reinhart's, Daltons (1834), and Jaffa. Reinhart is also an industrial ingredient leader to both local food producers and North America's leading multi-national manufacturers.

Office AP Administrator/Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Responsibilities

Handle a few dedicated customer accounts daily.
Review carrier reports for assigned customers and follow up on delivery issues or delays.
Communicate delivery delays to customers as required.
Handle damages, shortages & overages for assigned customers.
Work with the Customer Finance Manager to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of investigations, including damages, shortages, overages & compliance related issues.
Investigate & resolve customer claims through to completion.
Assist and provide support for customer service team vacation coverage.

Accounts Payable Duties

Circulate cheques for signature and mail to vendors.
Data inputting into SageX3 and various Excel tracking sheets.
Creation and distribution of weekly accounts payable summary.
Review of all vendor statements.
Assisting Accounts Payable as needed.

Office Duties

Reception and front counter duties.
Daily scanning of work orders and receiving paperwork.
Weekly assembly of managers meeting slides.
Weekly trips to the bank and post office.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma; preference given to candidates with post secondary education.
Previous customer service & administrative experience preferred.
Excellent planning, negotiation skills and financial management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive and handle conflict.
Effective oral/written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
