As a Loewen Team Member you will bring:

Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or carpentry is considered an asset.
A willingness to learn how to build high-quality products with a strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.
Comfortable using hand, power, and pneumatic tools, such as chop saws, nailers, drills, grinders, table saws, cranes, and tilt tables.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.
Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 to 50 lbs. Occasionally may need to lift 100+ lbs with assistance.

The Advantages:

4-day work week Monday to Thursday
Choice of:
- Day Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Evening Shift: 4:30 pm to 3:00 am (includes a 12.5% shift premium)
