What You’ll Do

We believe in a quality-first mentality. We don't want you rushing through jobs. We want someone who can slow things down in a service environment, thoroughly diagnose issues, and ensure the client's needs are exceeded.

Diagnose, service, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems.
Communicate professionally and confidently with our team and clients.
Work independently with minimal supervision or collaborate effectively with the crew.
Bonus Points: If you have experience with Landscape Lighting or Outdoor Audio, we want to hear about it!

What You Bring

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on irrigation experience (required).
Mindset: Self-directed, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
License: Valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean abstract (required).
Location: Ability to reliably commute to Hamilton, ON (required).
