Busser/Dishwasher
We are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable busser and dishwasher to support our kitchen team with bussing and all cleaning duties required in the kitchen. Responsibilities also include, garbage removal, general cleaning, and food preparation.
About Ridge Road Ridge
Road Estate Winery is a family owned and operated winery established in 2005. We are situated on a historical escarpment property that has been family owned since 1875. At Ridge Road we farm 60 acres of property producing 13 different varieties of Vinifera and Hybrid grapes. We provide quality wines in a casual environment with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring excellence in customer service (our uniforms are flannel shirts rather than ties!).
Job Responsibilities
- Keeping up with all dishes in the kitchen and general cleaning duties
- Bussing tables and cleaning glassware
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food safety
- Daily food prep work with the chef
- Stocking retail products
Job Requirements
We are looking for team members who are/have:
- Courteous, friendly, positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast paced and physical environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and navigate stairs
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds throughout the workday
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and Friday & Saturday evenings throughout the season
- Access to personal transportation (there is no public transit in the area)

Job Type: Part-time hours (15-20 hours per week)
Friday & Saturday evenings (2 - 9pm) and Sunday daytime (12-6pm).
Seasonal June to August with opportunity for continued employment for the right candidate.
Pay: Compensation includes a competitive wage and gratuity
