Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! This pivotal role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and managing a motivated team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences. Duties

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a high-performing team
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment
Monitor restaurant operations to optimize efficiency, including supervising food service, serving procedures, and kitchen workflows
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards
Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hospitality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with supervising responsibilities
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and interviewing candidates
Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling regulations, and restaurant operations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience working in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is advantageous
Kitchen experience or barista experience is a plus for understanding diverse food and beverage operations
