CleverOrca and StudentRDH are two growing EdTech brands helping students pass licensing exams in dental hygiene, vet tech, practical nursing, sonography, and other allied health fields.
Our mission is to help students feel confident and pass their licensing exams using brain-based learning and smart technology.
We are a small, dynamic team that moves quickly, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment. This means our marketing needs evolve quickly and require someone who loves creating strategy, implementing it, and driving sales.

The Role
We’re looking for someone who has worked in small companies or startups, knows how to create traction with limited resources, and is comfortable being the only marketer driving both strategy and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who owns marketing and sales end-to-end—from strategy to execution—and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

What You’ll Own
This list is not exhaustive.
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Expand brand authority across all product lines
- Increase conversions and grow market share in the U.S. and Canada
- Build go-to-market strategies for new brands
- Develop awareness → conversion → retention workflows
- Use strategies that have proven to work in StudentRDH and expand or adapt them for other brands
Campaigns & Launches
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns
- Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets, newsletters, and email sequences
- Support conference, partnership, and event marketing
- Work with a team of three VAs, and two Partnerships Managers
Marketing Automation & Systems
- Identify opportunities to automate and scale intelligently
- Build and optimize workflows using AI and low-code tools (Zapier, Make, ManyChat, etc.)
- Develop and manage email marketing automations
- Ensure all processes are documented (SOPs)
Social Media Content
- Develop a clear social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Use social strategically to support both awareness and conversion
- Create social media content as needed
- TikTok and Instagram are critical, as our target audience is highly active on these platforms
- Manage influencers and referral partners
Website Optimization
- Optimize the website for conversion
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and ability to implement it
- Continuously test and improve landing pages.
Growth Experiments
- Test new channels, offers, and messaging
- Run small, fast experiments to validate new ideas
- Use data to determine what to scale and what to cut
Project Management & Execution
- Create project briefs and translate strategy into structured execution plans
- Break down initiatives into tasks, assign work, and manage timelines across the team
- Monitor progress, track performance, and continuously improve workflows and efficiency.
Content & Asset Creation
- Comfortable using Canva to design and execute assets quickly
- Use AI tools to support asset creation, or proactively find and learn new tools independently
- Self-driven in learning and improving design and content creation skills
Who You Are
Experience
✔ 5–8+ years in digital marketing with a focus on sales.
✔ Experience in startups (<20 employees)
✔ Experience as the only marketer or part of a very small team
✔ Strong hands-on execution (content, funnels, email, design, analytics)
✔ Experience in e-commerce / EdTech / D2C / SaaS / online learning / LMS / consumer digital brands
✔ Creative problem-solver with a proactive, “make-it-happen” attitude
Skills
✔ Strong with digital sales funnels, campaigns, and customer journeys
✔ Deep understanding of how to reach and convert Gen Z audiences
✔ Ability to switch quickly between strategy and execution
✔ You are both a thinker and a doer.
✔ Able to prioritize, simplify, and move quickly
✔ Comfortable iterating in a startup environment with minimal structure

Travel Requirement
Must be able to travel 3–5 times per year to conferences and events in the U.S. and Canada.

Work Arrangement & Tools
- Remote role
- Required overlap for team meetings: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM ET / 8:00 AM–1:00 PM PT

- 3-month probationary period
