LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
HOURS: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm.
WAGES: $55,000 - $80,000 per year (commission based + benefits).

APPLICABLE SKILLS:
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrates a results-driven attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.
Organized and Efficient: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills to effectively use sales and inventory systems, along with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of the Industry: Basic understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, marine, and power equipment is a bonus to assist customers with confidence.
Driver’s License: A valid Canadian driver’s license is required.
Sales Experience: While previous sales experience is not required, it will be considered a strong asset.
Strong Social Network: Lots of friends, and strong social connections, active in local and online communities is a strong asset.
JOB TASKS:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Needs Assessment: Engage with customers by actively listening and asking questions to identify their specific needs and preferences.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and discretion.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Sales Performance: Consistently work toward and achieve individual and team sales goals.
Digital Marketing: Leverage online platforms to market products and attract potential customers.
