Job Summary

We are a small, locally-owned cleaning company based in Bergen, AB, specializing in high-detail, eco-friendly cleaning services. We take pride in using only natural, toxin-free cleaning products and maintaining a friendly, supportive work environment where your kindness, attention to detail, and hard work are valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining quality standards.
Provide a high level of customer service by being attentive to client requests and feedback.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

Reliable transportation to commute to our head office in Bergen, AB
Willingness to undergo a background and criminal record check
Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient task completion.
A friendly demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different cleaning environments.
No previous experience necessary; full training provided
