Job Title: OPs Order Coordinator

Our software platform is what sets us apart from the competition. Although this position is entry level, we’re looking for a future operations leader - someone who’s ready to learn the business from the ground up and eventually take the reins .
* Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a tech savvy, detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience and a business degree / diploma to join our team in an operations-focused role. You’ll work directly with the current manager, learning every facet of the operations from customer service, workflows, supplier coordination, product management and order coordination.
* Duties:
Service & Admin.;
- Various front office admin tasks
- Handle incoming inquiries (email, phone, online chat)
- Customer dispute resolution
- Communicate order status updates
- Relaying order confirmation updates and tracking info
- Liaise with suppliers & contractors plus timely follow-up
- Misc. other duties
Order Fulfillment;
- Create OE’s, PO's, WO’s & Invoices
- Schedule & coordinate orders with production
- Set-up customer artwork & mock-ups
- Receive and identify discrepancies against PO's
- Order packing, preparation & binning
- Final QA & Shipping
Online store set-up;
- Customer relation management starting with inquiry / sign-up
- Help set up online store merchandise plan & execute
- Product & art file uploads to standards
- Customer liaising & follow-up
- Detailed QA of Shop standards
- Delivery store & obtain final approvals
- Introduce client to dedicated Sales Rep for value add services
* Other Responsibilities
- Learn and support day-to-day operations across departments: sales / service, pre-production, online store SaaS set-up, product management, logistics / shipping.
- Help implement and optimize internal systems and processes
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
* Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, sales / service, or administration
- ai & tech savvy and quick to learn new systems (bonus if you’ve worked with SaaS tools, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software)
- Logical thinker with strong decision-making skills
- Very detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A 'doer' — hands-on, proactive, and resourceful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
