We are a thriving, privately owned veterinary dermatology practice with four locations and we are welcoming two new doctors to our Vancouver clinic and one new doctor to our St. Albert, AB clinic! At NWVDS you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional care to our patients and clients. To support our new doctors, we are seeking 2 registered veterinary technologists to join our collaborative and compassionate team.
also require temporary help and are looking for receptionists and assistants, until our staff on maternity leave return to work. These shifts can be casual or temporary shifts potentially under October.

Required Qualifications
- Preparing and administering medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Collecting and preparing laboratory samples
- Assisting with diagnostic and medical procedures
- Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures
- Strong technical skills, including blood collection, catheter placement, and anesthesia monitoring
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Providing client education and home-care instructions
- Graduate of an accredited Animal Health or Veterinary Technology program
- Successful completion of the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE)
- Current registration as a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) or Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
- Previous experience as an RVT is an asset, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
