Full job description

Job Overview
To provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. Thie role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and serving as a key point of contact both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Duties

Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external leadership
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and communications with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions and projects
Assist with personal tasks or errands as requested by the executive
Plan and coordinate events, team functions, and special projects
Support the overall administrative operations and contribute to an efficient office environment

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
