What We’re Looking For:
- Education:
- Minimum: Post-secondary diploma or trade certification in industrial technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, forestry, or business administration
- Experience:
- Minimum: 4+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Preferred: Experience in industrial or sawmill operations.
- Certifications:
- Minimum: None required.
- Preferred: Relevant safety or industry certifications.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
