Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for maintaining clean and safe environments in various commercial settings. The position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to a professional and supportive work environment. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met, creating a welcoming space for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to company standards
Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures

Experience

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
