Business Development Representative (BDR) – Outbound Sales

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hungry, confident, high-output Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This role is pure outbound — prospecting, cold calls, booking demos, and creating pipeline. You’ll work closely with the Sales Director and be a key driver of growth.

What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting to business across Canada (50-500 employees)
- Run high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach daily
- Qualify prospects and book demos for the Sales Director (and occasionally present solutions)
- Master our value proposition: telephony + contact center solutions + AI efficiency tools
- Keep HubSpot CRM spotless (activities, notes, pipeline stages, follow-ups)
- Hit weekly KPIs for calls, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline created
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently booking qualified demos every week (3-5 per week)
- Building a strong, predictable pipeline through outbound activity
- Becoming a trusted voice to prospects and a key contributor to revenue
- Growing into a full-cycle Account Executive role if that’s your goal
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- 1–3+ years of B2B outbound sales / SDR / BDR experience
- Confident on the phone; you don’t hesitate to cold call
- Strong communicator, clear, persuasive, and professional
- Coachable, competitive, and driven by results
- Comfortable working inside a CRM (HubSpot is a big plus)
Nice-to-haves:
- Tech/SaaS sales experience
- Telecom/VoIP sales experience
- Bilingual (FR/EN) is a strong asset
