Keltic Clothing is seeking a motivated, organized, and versatile Clothing Support Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing clothing division. This is a hands-on support role that assists with receiving inventory, online sales, graphics, merchandising, and general operational support across the department.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping deliver a high standard of customer service and presentation.
You will work closely with the Clothing team to help support both in-store and online operations while contributing to the continued growth of the division.
Scope:
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
- Assist with inventory management, product organization, and showroom presentation.
- Process and package online orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with Shopify product uploads, updates, and online inventory maintenance.
- Support social media, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with creating graphics, signage, and promotional materials using Canva or similar programs.
- Help prepare for road shows, events, and special promotions.
- Assist customers in-store as required and support overall customer experience initiatives.
- Support the corporate clothing division with operational and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and customer experience.

- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Experience with Canva, Shopify, social media, or graphic design software considered an asset.
- Retail, warehouse, customer service, or e-commerce experience considered an asset.
- Ability to lift and move boxes/products as required.
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
