Full job description:

Keltic Clothing is seeking a motivated, organized, and versatile Clothing Support Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing clothing division. This is a hands-on support role that assists with receiving inventory, online sales, graphics, merchandising, and general operational support across the department.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping deliver a high standard of customer service and presentation.

You will work closely with the Clothing team to help support both in-store and online operations while contributing to the continued growth of the division.

Scope:

Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
Assist with inventory management, product organization, and showroom presentation.
Process and package online orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with Shopify product uploads, updates, and online inventory maintenance.
Support social media, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
Assist with creating graphics, signage, and promotional materials using Canva or similar programs.
Help prepare for road shows, events, and special promotions.
Assist customers in-store as required and support overall customer experience initiatives.
Support the corporate clothing division with operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and customer experience.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer proficiency required.
Experience with Canva, Shopify, social media, or graphic design software considered an asset.
Retail, warehouse, customer service, or e-commerce experience considered an asset.
Ability to lift and move boxes/products as required.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
