Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide an excellent mini golf experience. The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for being the first welcoming face upon entry, greeting customers, answering the phone, and working the front counter.

· Greet customers, answer the telephone courteously, and complete walk up mini golf sales transactions

· Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned

· Provide golf balls and clubs to mini golf customers and explain the courses.

· Assist customers in setting up the Sports Simulator

· Assist in setting up and cleaning up party rooms when applicable

· Ensure party supplies inventory is kept neat, and sufficiently stocked

· Operate a cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable

· Clean, sanitize, and maintain the front counter, golf course, sitting area, bathrooms, staff room and common areas

· Inspect mini golf facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order

· Report all issues when applicable

· You may be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

· Must be 16 years of age or older

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Basic computer proficiency

· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

· Observant with strong people skills

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Shifts will include weekdays, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
