Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly person to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role involves providing exceptional guest services, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, customer service, or hospitality, with a strong focus on food safety and guest satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in restaurant operations, food handling, and hospitality management.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their dining experience.
prepare and cook menu items according to wok box recipes and standards.
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
Handle food safely following all food safety regulations and protocols.
Manage guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Support team members during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality roles is mandatory.
experience with serving, cashiering, or kitchen work.
Knowledge of POS systems.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Experience with food preparation, cooking, or meal assembly preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
proServe certification or food safety certification is required; candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it upon hiring.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or nights if required.
Driver License own Transportation required
