Sales Consultant Needed at Blaikie's Dodge

Are you passionate about helping people make one of the most significant decisions of their lives?

We’re currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Blaikie's Dodge Team team. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of Truro's longest standing automotive dealership and represent 4 strong brands - Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep!!

Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, service, or another sales background, if you thrive on building connections and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and understanding customer needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an asset, but we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals.
Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business environments.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the face of the dealership—welcome customers with enthusiasm, discover their needs, and match them with their dream car.
Take charge of the buying journey—dazzle with test drives, simplify the paperwork, and celebrate the big moment when they say "yes!"
Keep in touch with customers, fostering loyalty and generating repeat business.
Push your limits, crush sales targets, and reap the rewards of your hard work.
Use your social media savvy to showcase our vehicles, engage with potential buyers, and drive excitement around the brand.
Be the go-to expert with up-to-the-minute knowledge of the hottest vehicles and industry trends.
Team up with finance, service, and other departments to create unforgettable customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and able to execute every step of the sales process in a timely manner
Ability to build relationships and politely interact with costumers both in person, online, and on the phone
Knowledge of the automotive sales process and dealership experience an asset
