We are a highly sought after salon located in the heart of Tecumseh, ON, specializing in bridal services, blowouts, hair styling, cuts, colors, extensions and hair care. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a luxurious experience for our clients.

We’re seeking a motivated and organized Salon Concierge to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Provide front desk coverage & elevated client care
General salon upkeep and administration (inventory, scheduling, daily operations)
Support team education & product knowledge initiatives
Assist with events (community events, wedding shows, in-house promotions)
Capture behind-the-scenes content, client transformations, team highlights, and salon culture moments
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Partner with management to create engaging social media content, support marketing campaigns, and help grow the salon's brand presence online
Support supplier relations and brand partnerships
Client communications & leadership reporting
E-commerce support and online growth initiatives

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a salon, spa, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
Strong sales mindset with confidence recommending products and services
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy (scheduling systems, email, social media familiarity)
Professional, polished, and team-oriented
Available to work Fridays, Saturdays and additional busy days as needed
