Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller(ère) aux ventes à motivé(e) et axé(e) sur la clientèle pour se joindre à notre équipe Bentley. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui excelle dans un environnement de vente au détail dynamique et qui a à cœur d’offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

Responsabilités principales :

Offrir une expérience client axée à 100 % sur le service à la clientèle
Accueillir, assister et conseiller les clients avec des recommandations et une bonne connaissance des produits
Participer au marchandisage visuel et à la mise en valeur du magasin
Effectuer les tâches d’entretien et de maintien de la propreté du magasin
Assurer le réapprovisionnement, la réception de la marchandise et l’organisation de l’arrière-boutique
Participer à la gestion des stocks et des inventaires
Effectuer les procédures d’ouverture et de fermeture du magasin
Veiller au respect des standards opérationnels en tout temps

Compétences et exigences :

Expérience en vente au détail exigée
Expérience en supervision (un atout)
Excellente expérience en service à la clientèle
Connaissance ou expérience en marchandisage visuel
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
Doit être âgé(e) de 18 ans ou plus

Profil recherché :

Joueur(euse) d’équipe impliqué(e) et proactif(ve)
Personne énergique, fiable et professionnelle
Orientation constante vers la satisfaction du client et la connaissance des produits

Horaire et conditions :

Poste à temps partiel
Disponibilité requise pour des quarts d’ouverture et de fermeture

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Bentley team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a 100% customer-focused shopping experience
Greet, assist, and engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations
Support all aspects of visual merchandising and store presentation
Assist with housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized store
Handle stock replenishment, receiving, and backroom organization
Support inventory management processes as required
Participate in opening and closing store procedures
Ensure all operational standards are met consistently

Qualifications:

Previous retail selling experience required
Prior supervisory or lead experience considered a strong asset
Strong background in customer service excellence
Experience or knowledge in visual merchandising
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
