Residential Service Plumbers

Our client is a trusted source and has become one of Canada’s largest providers of water heaters, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, water purification, plumbing, protection plans, smart home, electrical, and EV chargers. Our client has ambitious growth plans, and are looking for skilled Plumbers who want to grow with them.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential plumbing services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Approach each service call with professionalism and respect, ensuring clear communication with homeowners.
Diagnose issues on-site, provide accurate repair estimates, and complete jobs efficiently to meet customer needs.
Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, plumbing fixtures, and equipment within residential properties.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service expectations.
Follow safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements.
Educate customers on proper system maintenance and care.
Promote the value of our products and services on every job.
Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

306A plumbing certification or equivalent license.
5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience.
A valid driver’s license.
Able to handle the physical demands of the role.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills.
