We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Counter Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and helping customers successfully complete their projects.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play an important role in delivering the exceptional service that ED'S Concrete is known for.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, email, and online.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, builders, homeowners, and retail partners.
- Assist customers in selecting products and solutions that best meet their project needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and sales orders.
- Enter customer orders and ensure all order information is complete and accurate.
- Track customer orders from placement through delivery or pickup.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries with customers, dispatch, production, and yard personnel.
- Communicate order updates, timelines, and product availability to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with product merchandising.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and yard teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company policies and contribute to a positive team culture.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, sales, scheduling, dispatching, or administrative experience is an asset.
- Experience in construction, building materials, landscaping, agriculture, or a related industry is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable working in both an office and outdoor yard environment as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
