E-Commerce & Online Channel Manager
Help Build an Automotive Aftermarket Brand People Can’t Ignore
At LEGEND, we’re building more than van and truck products - we’re building a brand that influences the market before the sale even happens.
From fleets and dealerships to installers and end-users, we want LEGEND to become synonymous with premium quality, trust, and innovation in the commercial vehicle aftermarket.
We’ve seen tremendous growth through online retailers already - and we believe we’re only scratching the surface.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to grow brands across online retail channels, optimize listings, protect brand value, and turn marketplaces into serious revenue drivers.
This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, channel marketing, brand protection, and account management.
You won’t just “upload products.”
You’ll help shape how LEGEND shows up across the internet.
What You’ll Own
Online Retailer Optimization & Growth
You’ll manage and grow relationships with our online retailer partners and wholesalers almost like strategic accounts.
This includes:
- Optimizing listings, imagery, SEO, A+ content, and product storytelling
- Identifying missed opportunities across retailer websites
- Monitoring assortment gaps, inactive SKUs, and content inconsistencies
- Working with partners to improve visibility, conversion, and sell-through
- Helping launch new products and categories across partner channels
- Tracking pricing, MAP violations, unauthorized sellers, and marketplace health
- Using retailer marketing tools/programs to maximize exposure and growth
- Supporting online retailer and wholesaler co-op marketing, promotions, launches, and campaigns
- Gathering channel feedback and market insights from partners
- Helping online retailers properly represent the LEGEND brand
You’ll work with online retailers, wholesalers, and marketplaces across van, fleet, and truck/off-road channels.
Amazon Management & Marketplace Growth
We’ve recently launched our Amazon storefront and are looking for someone who knows how to scale it properly.
You’ll own:
- Amazon Seller/Vendor Central management
- Amazon Storefront optimization
- Listing creation and optimization
- A+ Content
- Brand Registry
- Amazon Ads coordination and growth
- Catalog management and troubleshooting
- MAP enforcement and marketplace monitoring
- FBA vs FBM strategy coordination
- Review/reputation management
- Competitive analysis and growth opportunities
- Working with agencies when needed - but knowing how to own it internally first
Channel & Digital Strategy
This role is both strategic and hands-on.
You should be comfortable:
- Building systems and processes from scratch
- Managing details while also seeing the bigger picture
- Helping shape long-term e-commerce strategy
- Scaling programs before building larger teams around them
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience growing brands through Amazon and online retail channels
- Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, conversion optimization, and marketplace strategy
- Experience managing MAP policies and brand protection
- Familiarity with online wholesalers/distributors in automotive, truck, off-road, fleet, or aftermarket industries is a major asset
- Understanding of retailer portals, syndicated content, PIM systems, or channel data management
- Comfortable operating as both a strategist and a do-er
- Experience scaling programs from early-stage to mature growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to move quickly and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- Automotive aftermarket, truck, fleet, van, off-road, or powersports industries
- Amazon Advertising
- Meta/Google Ads
- Affiliate or influencer marketing
- Product launches and channel expansion
- Wholesale/distributor marketing programs
Why This Role Matters
The commercial vehicle aftermarket is changing.
Historically, manufacturers relied entirely on dealers and upfitters to drive demand. We believe the future belongs to brands that influence the market directly - creating pull-through demand online, building trust with end-users, and helping partners sell more.
That’s where this role comes in.
You’ll help LEGEND become a category-defining aftermarket brand across online retail, wholesale, and Amazon channels - while helping create better days for the people who work on the road every day.
