Wage Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $43,000 to $45,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Representative to join our Personal Lines team. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate billing support for our clients and internal teams. As a Billing Representative, you will be the first point of contact for client billing inquiries and play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of our department. What You’ll Do
- Providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to clients across Canada for our billing contact centre
- Assisting clients with requests for payment and billing inquiries
- Preparing invoices and billing materials
- Other administrative duties as required within the larger administrative team
What You Bring
- Bilingual (French) is an asset
- Strong customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach
- Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
