Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, reliable and hardworking individual to join our team for seasonal full-time employment. We're essentially looking for a Multi-skilled worker, someone versatile, practical and motivated who takes pride in their work. This position involves a variety of outdoor installation and service work. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, construction, and the use of hand and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing a broad skill set to deliver high-quality results.

Duties

Dock building & installations
Boat lift installations
Hot tub deliveries, installations & repairs
Sauna installations
General service and repair work
Read and interpret schematics
Use hand tools, power tools.
Operate heavy equipment, forklift, backhoe
Conduct restoration work on existing docks as needed, including repairs and upgrades and other construction projects.
Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout all phases of construction.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, or dock building.
Ability to read schematics accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools is preferred
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including forklifts and backhoe is a plus.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards at all times. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor construction projects who seek seasonal full-time employment with opportunities to develop diverse skills in dock installation and maintenance.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy
Good problem-solving skills and ability to "make things work"
Mechanical aptitude is an asset
Valid drivers license required

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
