Position Description:
We are currently seeking motivated, hardworking individuals for our Hydro Vac Operator and AZ Long Haul Roles. You may also be operating other AZ and DZ Vehicles including Roll Off, Front End and Liquid Vac. This position will be a permanent, year round role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation of hydro vac trucks and related equipment.
- Perform non-destructive excavation tasks using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
- Expose underground utilities, pipelines, and other structures as required.
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of the hydro vac excavation process.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of hydro vac equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Complete daily reports and documentation as required.
- Assist with traffic control and site setup as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hydro vac excavation or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate and maintain hydro vac equipment safely.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
