We don’t just provide "rides"—we provide seamless, high-touch hospitality for C-Suite executives, international celebrities, and discerning global travelers. We are looking for professionals who take pride in "tarmac-to-front-door" service and possess a deep passion for showcasing the best of the Pacific Rim area.

We care deeply about our drivers and understand the unique circumstances associated with living on the West Coast. Our drivers are the face of the brand and that's why in addition to providing an excellent work environment we are pleased to collect a 20% gratuity on every service and pass 100% of that along to our driving team. Here's how it works:
Hourly Wage: $30/hr. We pay for every minute you're engage with the guest.
Gratuities: Ranging from $21.80 to $360 and beyond. We collect a 20% gratuity on behalf of the chauffeur for every service and pass 100% of that to the chauffeur.
We look after our chauffeurs so our chauffeurs can look after our guests.

Our chauffeurs are the silent partners in our clients' success. You will manage the logistics of their day so they don’t have to.
- Punctuality & Precision: Mastering the traffic patterns of the rugged West Coast and Mid-Island as well as all aviation (commercial, float plane and FBO) protocols to ensure you are always ten minutes early.
- Concierge Expertise: Acting as a local expert with the ability to recommend and coordinate the area's top experiences.
- Anticipatory Service: Silently managing every guest need, from climate control and refreshments to expert luggage handling and itinerary adjustments.
- Utmost Discretion: Maintaining absolute privacy and a polished, "silent service" demeanor for high-profile passengers.
The Art of the Curated City Tour: Storytelling & Local Mastery
When you aren't behind the wheel for an executive, you are the face of the Pacific Rim area for our private guests and international cruise partners.

Technical Requirements & Fleet Operation
We maintain a diverse luxury fleet. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including:
- Luxury Sedans & SUVs (Cadillac, Denali)
- Executive Passenger Vans
- Executive Coaches
Candidate Profile
- Licensing: Valid British Columbia Driver’s License (Class 4 required - we are happy to support you getting your license; Class 1 or 2 is an asset).
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality or professional guiding is highly valued.
- Presence: A polished professional appearance and a calm, courteous demeanor.
- Availability: Flexible scheduling that moves with guest demand, including weekends and cruise ship arrival days.
