About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior sales experience, especially in the dental or healthcare industry.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at 3Z Dental Supplies, you will play a key role in managing and expanding our relationships with existing dental office clients. You will be responsible for calling and maintaining ongoing communication with current customers, ensuring their needs are met, and introducing them to our latest products and promotions. Using our CRM and QuickBooks systems, you will manage your portfolio efficiently while working in our fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of dental office accounts.
Reach out to existing clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Identify upselling opportunities and introduce new products to meet client needs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Process orders and handle account management through QuickBooks.
Achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to stay updated on new promotions and product launches.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales role is required; experience in dental or healthcare sales is a plus.
Familiarity with dental products is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and QuickBooks (or willingness to learn).
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Ability to work full-time from our office and occasionally attend trade shows.
