Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable Shinglers to join our team. Must have minimum 3 years of Roofing experience.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, and handyman tasks, with the ability to interpret blueprints and utilize various hand tools. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation duties to support our ongoing projects. The Shingler will play a vital part in ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality company standards.

Responsibilities

Use hand tools and power tools to perform construction, carpentry, and repair tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
Conduct caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing as needed for various projects
Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to support project requirements
Perform general handyman duties including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Requirements

Must have minimum 3 years of Roofing experience
Must drive or have transportation
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles
Proficiency with hand tools and familiarity with blueprints reading
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 70 pounds or more)
Strong knowledge of caulking techniques and sealing procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience with blueprint interpretation is preferred but not mandatory
Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in extreme weather conditions.

Pay: $19.49-$35.00 per hour
