FULL TIME: FRONT DESK Concierge & Client Experience Coordinator

Join Vaughan’s most prestigious private fitness studio, Pure Motivation Fitness (PMF), a 7,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art boutique facility that has been transforming lives through Body Type Specific Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching since 2006.
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Client Concierge who is polished, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment serving high-caliber clientele.

This role is not entry-level and requires administrative and customer service experience. Do not apply if you do not meet the following conditions:
- You are a Student or returning to school in Sept 2025 & cannot commit to 40 hrs/week
- You are unable to start immediately or have travel plans between June 1st to Sept 31, 2025
- You do not reside in York Region (acceptable areas: Vaughan, Maple, King City, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge)
- You do not drive or have reliable access to a vehicle
- You lack administrative or reception/concierge experience
Key Responsibilities
As the first and last impression of PMF, your role will be integral to maintaining our high service standards:
- Open/close the studio promptly at 1PM and 9:00 PM Mon -Thur, Fri 9:30AM-6 PM
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism in a boutique, concierge-style manner
- Perform daily member retention and relationship-building outreach through 25–30 outbound calls per day to support engagement, accountability, and long-term member success.
- Manage a multi-line phone system with articulate, polished communication
- Handle daily studio cleanliness & sanitization, ensuring our space reflects luxury and precision
- Manage appointment confirmations, payment processing, client invoicing, contract data entry, and daily inventory checks
- Post daily social media content (provided by ownership) and monitor inquiries
- Maintain reception, studio, change rooms, towel service, and front retail space appearance
- Conduct studio tours and support pro shop retail transactions with enthusiasm
- Perform daily admin duties including follow-ups, system data entry, member support, and stock replenishment
Qualifications – Our Non-Negotiables
- You MUST be well-groomed, detail-oriented, and love engaging with people
- 1-2+ years in receptionist, concierge, or client-service-based roles (fitness/hospitality is ideal)
- Enjoys fitness & is motivated to exercise at our studio 2–3x per week
- Professional phone etiquette & fluency in English communication
- Administrative experience with tools like Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Google Doc
- Can multitask and adapt in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Reliable access to a vehicle and the ability to work flexible hours (AM/PM/weekend
- Understands how to serve an affluent clientele with discretion and care
Compensation & Perks
- Starting at $17.60/hr during onboarding/ training, increasing to $18.00 after training
